Pain BC is a collaborative British Columbia non-profit made up of people in pain, health care providers and sector leaders, focused on improving lives through education and innovation. As a largely virtual organization, Pain BC struggled with scattered, inconsistent data across multiple online platforms and needed a single solution for web forms, donor and membership management, and streamlined payment processing.

Pain BC implemented eTapestry with integrated Blackbaud Merchant Services and used Blackbaud University training to onboard staff. The result was a centralized data repository, integrated web forms and payments, instant notifications and better reporting, one-click email segmentation, and automated membership renewals—freeing staff from administrative tasks, reducing fees, and allowing the team to focus more strategically on education and constituent support.
