LOFT Community Services provides community-based support for people with complex mental health, addiction, cognitive and physical health challenges, helping them achieve optimal health and well-being. Despite posting on Facebook, LOFT had fewer than 200 page likes and declining organic reach, and needed a strategy to attract supporters, spark conversation, and drive traffic to its website.
By partnering with Blackbaud’s strategy team, LOFT adopted a data-driven social media plan, learned which content drove engagement, and began tracking website visits and social shares. The results: Facebook reach rose 651%, engagement (clicks, shares, comments, likes) improved 713%, and website traffic from Facebook increased 39%, helping LOFT extend its online reach and support more people.
