Life is good® Playmakers (LIGP) partners with teachers, social workers and child life specialists to use play to help children overcome poverty, violence and illness. Rapid national growth—working with professionals across 1,000+ organizations—made it difficult to track outreach, constituent activities, support levels and maintain up-to-date contact records accessible to program staff nationwide.

LIGP implemented Luminate CRM to centralize constituent data, enable real-time data entry and provide nonprofit-specific tools and customized dashboards. The system improved segmentation, targeted communications and strategic decision-making, helping LIGP scale to 5,000+ Playmakers (with plans for 1,000 more) while effectively managing program activity and certification without compromising quality.
