By using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT and Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management, Le Moyne streamlined gift management and reporting, recorded donor contacts quickly, and continued a secure phone‑a‑thon and outreach from remote locations. That allowed the college to pivot fundraising to unrestricted gifts for emergency student aid, sustain alumni engagement, and position its development operation to help preserve fall enrollment.
