Kingham Hill School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for 11–18-year-olds with a long history and an increasing emphasis on philanthropic giving. In 2012 Development Director Harriet Dearden discovered fundraising data was fragmented across basic Excel spreadsheets, limiting the school’s ability to plan and grow its development activities, and was tasked with implementing a proper fundraising solution.

The school chose Blackbaud’s eTapestry as a scalable, right-sized system that has become the backbone of its development strategy. eTapestry replaced the spreadsheets with accurate donor records, improved tracking, segmentation and campaign targeting, and enabled more proactive email and marketing activity—positioning the school to increase revenue streams and streamline its fundraising work.
