Interfaith Community Services - Customer Case Study

Interfaith Community Services, a North San Diego County nonprofit founded in 1982 that serves about 25,000 people annually, needed a unified fundraising solution to support donor relations, planned giving, volunteers, grant management and other programs. Their existing processes were slow and resource-intensive, limiting the development team’s ability to manage gifts and produce timely reports.

They implemented eTapestry, which proved easy to use and quick to adopt—30 volunteers revised more than 20,000 accounts, saving the organization over $11,000 and enabling them to maintain roughly 6,000 additional accounts without adding staff. Reporting that once took days now takes hours, boosting fundraising effectiveness and enabling Interfaith to raise more money and better serve people in need.
