The Humane Society of Indianapolis (HSIMS) is a leading animal welfare organization providing adoptions, foster placement, behavior training, medical care, spay/neuter services and public education. Although HSIMS already had a large housefile and used TeamRaiser®, its main challenge was increasing non-event fundraising and converting one-time event donors and participants into long-term supporters.

As a result, HSIMS generated over $500,000 in non-event revenue, grew its housefile by 130%, increased online revenue by 800%, and now receives 38% of donations from repeat donors.
