Reliant Mission, founded to mobilize missionaries in partnership with local churches, supports roughly 800 field staff across 97 U.S. cities and 19 countries. By using Blackbaud CRM, Financial Edge and related services, Reliant centralized donor data, automated gift processing, and freed fundraisers to focus on personalized stewardship instead of transactions. The result: giving to missionaries rose from $21M in 2014 to $40.9M in 2020 (a 13.6% increase in 2020), with staff able to deliver timely, individualized care at scale.
