Archbishop Moeller High School, an all‑boys Catholic school in Cincinnati, needed a better way to manage enrollment and tuition after relying on disconnected systems that made billing and contract management difficult. As Moeller expanded its use of technology across admissions, student information, and advancement, the school sought an integrated solution to streamline new‑family onboarding and improve financial tracking.
By adopting Blackbaud Enrollment Management and Blackbaud Tuition Management—tied to their shared Blackbaud database—Moeller now auto‑generates family accounts from initial interest forms, produces contracts at enrollment, and gives parents a single portal for payments and student info. The change cut tuition‑account setup from about 5 minutes to 2–3 seconds, allowed accounts to be prepared months earlier, improved collection and tracking of tuition, reduced missed payments, and freed staff to focus on higher‑value work.
