The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, a leading conservatoire with more than 900 students from nearly 60 countries and scholarship support for over half its cohort, needed to modernize its fundraising systems to sustain and grow scholarships and other funding opportunities. Having used Raiser’s Edge since 2006, the school wanted a more user-friendly, cloud-based solution that would broaden fundraising reach, enable wider staff involvement, and support integration with other systems.

Guildhall moved to Raiser’s Edge NXT and quickly saw positive results: staff report faster, easier access to data, better ownership and filtering of information, and reduced admin time. Early wins include improved navigation, the ability to integrate external systems and automate data transfers, and growing confidence that the platform will drive organisation-wide fundraising engagement and future development.
