Grace Church Community Center launches multi-channel online marketing program with Go! Essentials

Grace Church Community Center (GCCC) is a Westchester County, NY nonprofit serving disadvantaged and homeless men, women, and children. With only about 600 email contacts and a patchwork of eCRM tools, staff lacked a single solution and a communications plan to accept online donations, collect newsletter subscriptions, support monthly giving, and grow prospects and donors.

GCCC implemented Go! Essentials for an integrated set of tools plus a year of training, templates, design and production support, and ongoing consultant calls and campaigns. Over 12 months they used the platform’s resources to standardize communications (monthly e-news, donor welcome series, event ticketing), integrate online and direct-mail fundraising, and run house-file building campaigns — nearly doubling their usable email list from 600 to about 1,100 and establishing a multi-channel program that increased volunteers, attendees, donors and delivered a fast ROI.
