Since 1990 Blackbaud has partnered with Girl Scouts of the USA to help dozens of local councils manage and streamline operations across fundraising, donor stewardship, online marketing, payments and accounting. Today dozens of councils use these tools (e.g., 56 use CRM, 58 use online marketing, 27 use data services), reporting improved donor insight, better stewardship, measurable fundraising ROI (including immediate returns from wealth screening), and a 25‑plus year successful partnership.
