Common Cause is a nationwide, nonpartisan advocacy organization founded in 1970 with offices in 36 states and over 475,000 supporters. Working with Blackbaud Interactive Services and Luminate Online, Common Cause launched a unified, responsive website with personalized content, integrated donation forms, and improved advocacy tools. As a result the house file grew 30%, end-of-year online gifts doubled (yielding a 45% revenue boost), mobile traffic rose over 200%, social traffic grew 250%, staff workflows were streamlined, and the site earned a Best in Class Interactive Media Award.
