Centrepoint is a UK charity founded in 1969 that supports homeless young people aged 16–25, providing accommodation, life skills and routes into education or employment for over 7,000 people a year (more than 100,000 helped since inception). As Centrepoint diversified its income streams it began receiving large volumes of campaign data from multiple external agencies; the manual, opaque import process into Raiser’s Edge created backlogs and prevented a single, joined-up view of supporters.
