Bridge2Rwanda, a nonprofit that builds a fellowship of globally educated, entrepreneurially minded leaders committed to developing African countries, needed to streamline operations and improve donor engagement. Using five separate systems, the organization wanted a single, easy-to-access solution to organize data, track fundraising, and free up staff time to focus on programs and relationships.

After evaluating options, Bridge2Rwanda implemented Raiser’s Edge NXT, consolidating data into one system with improved donor communication (direct mail and email), remote access, and online marketing and fundraising tools. The result: easier tracking of constituents and communications, reduced administrative burden (no immediate need to hire more staff), more time for face-to-face donor engagement, and stronger capacity to grow and diversify fundraising.
