Boys Town partners with Blackbaud Services to achieve revenue goals and serve more families

Boys Town, a century-old nonprofit that supports more than 500,000 children annually across 11 locations, needed to modernize its fundraising and digital outreach to sustain and expand services. As a large, complex organization, it sought to grow its annual giving program, improve online giving and digital marketing, and gain better measurement of campaign effectiveness.

Boys Town partnered with Blackbaud Services, implementing Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, Direct Marketing, Target Analytics and data enrichment while redesigning donation forms and building an integrated marketing and engagement platform. The work delivered a stronger digital presence, integrated systems, and measurable results—allowing Boys Town to track which forms and email campaigns perform best and to raise more revenue to serve families.
