Blackbaud’s Total School Solution Helps Salpointe Catholic High School Communicate More Effectively and Eliminate Duplicate Data Entry

Salpointe Catholic High School, a co-educational college-preparatory in Southern Arizona, faced an antiquated, non-interactive website that hurt its image and limited communication with students, parents, alumni and donors. The school also wanted to “go green” by reducing printed materials and needed to eliminate duplicate data entry across departments.

Salpointe implemented Blackbaud’s Total School Solution (Financial Edge, Raiser’s Edge, Education Edge and Online Campus Community) to create a unified portal. The integrated system made data entry real-time and single-source (saving about 300 family entries a year), improved data accuracy, streamlined processes, and enabled more targeted, effective communications and alumni engagement.
