ADAPT Community Network is a leading New York City nonprofit serving more than 18,000 people with disabilities annually. After rebranding from United Cerebral Palsy of NYC, the organization needed a strategic digital rollout to translate its new look and content into an engaging website, so it partnered with Blackbaud to redesign and implement the site.

Blackbaud delivered a brand-aligned, responsive site with custom features — multilingual support, font resizing, analytics, event calendar and Luminate Online integration, and social sharing — enabling better engagement and data-driven decisions. The new site earned strong internal and external feedback: traffic has more than doubled, visitors stay longer, referrals and social-driven visits have increased, and the platform now better supports fundraising and outreach goals.
