Academy Art Museum, a community-focused arts institution in Easton, Maryland, had outgrown its legacy Blackbaud eTapestry system as its programs, visitors, and fundraising needs expanded. Staff needed a single, more robust solution to handle ticketing, admissions, classes, facility rentals, donor and member data, special events, and online marketing and sales while improving operational efficiency.

The Museum chose Blackbaud Altru, a cloud-based, role‑based management platform, and used Blackbaud’s training to make the migration seamless.
