beyondblue partnered with Blackbaud Pacific to implement Raiser’s Edge & NetCommunity after recognising they had no single system to store and track fundraisers, donors, volunteers and members. Before the change they couldn’t accurately track donations or interactions to build supporter profiles, making targeted communication and follow-up difficult.
Using Raiser’s Edge’s action tracks, donor management and automated reminders to integrate online donations, beyondblue streamlined processes and improved supporter communications and service. In just 2½ years they tripled fundraising and grew their supporter database from about 10,000 to over 110,000, enabling better targeting and stronger ongoing relationships.
