ClickFox is a customer-journey analytics platform used by Fortune 500 banks, communications companies, and utilities to turn disparate data into actionable end-to-end journeys. ClickFox adopted Synopsys Black Duck to gain visibility into the open-source components in its codebase. Black Duck revealed the breadth and locations of third-party packages, surfaced vulnerabilities and licensing risks, and provided centralized remediation guidance—enabling ClickFox to catch and fix issues before code reached customers and improve overall software security.
