Signcraft teamed up with Black Box to deliver a customised digital signage solution for SkyBus.
Signcraft, a visual brand implementation specialist, partnered with Black Box Network Services to create a customised digital signage solution for SkyBus at Southern Cross Station. The challenge was to deliver a seamless wayfinding and passenger information display that could integrate with existing IT infrastructure, pull live flight data from Melbourne Airport, and show multiple content types including service updates, directions, emergency alerts, and promotions.
Black Box Network Services provided its iCOMPEL digital signage platform to power a large 7m x 1.8m LED screen with pixel-perfect resolution, dual HD capture, and real-time content management. The solution enabled SkyBus to update content across the network, while Black Box also supplied onsite training, commissioning support, and lifetime product support. The result was a high-impact display designed to assist millions of passengers over time and improve the SkyBus brand and travel experience.
