Government Research Laboratory, a U.S. government research lab spread across nearly a thousand-square-mile area, needed a secure way for outside vendors to present on its 50" NOC monitor without accessing the lab network. The solution enabled webinar-style vendor presentations, videoconferencing with a site 50 miles away (saving the manager about an hour’s drive each way), and easier in‑house meetings—maintaining network security while greatly simplifying presentations.
