European ATCC unifies 100+ endpoints with Black Box Network Services

European ATCC, a European air traffic control center, faced the challenge of unifying and updating its non-standardized, legacy KVM extension systems across two control centers. The customer required a secure, fail-safe, and redundant solution to provide operators with reliable 24/7 remote access to systems housed in a separate data center. The solution from Black Box deployed a standardized IP-based platform featuring Emerald transmitters, switches, and redundant Boxilla management systems.
