Corporate Payment Management Program Provider, a leading provider of corporate payments management programs, relocated to a larger Georgia facility after acquisition and faced a major challenge: the new space was previously occupied by an ISP and was filled with equipment, cabling, and trays that were being removed as installation began. Black Box Network Services was engaged to perform the data center installation and to provide cabling, infrastructure products, and KVM/server-management solutions (including the ServSwitch Octet KVM Switch and ServTray consoles).

Black Box Network Services delivered a complete solution—supplying and installing cabinets, rackmount power managers, patch panels, wire managers, horizontal twisted‑pair and fiber backbone cabling (2540 copper and 290 fiber patch cords), 12 ServSwitch Octet KVM switches, 9 Octet user stations, 270 user access modules, and 4 ServTray rackmount consoles—roughing in about 1,600 cables while the previous tenant was still clearing out. The project was completed on time and under budget, improving remote management, security, and control of the data center, and Black Box Network Services is now the client’s vendor of choice.
