Bingo Association, a California non-profit that runs a busy bingo hall to fund local charities, was spending significant staff time hand-writing and changing cardboard ticket signs for multiple games and clubs. Black Box Network Services installed iCOMPEL across the hall, growing the deployment from an initial six monitors to 22, adding live ball‑capture feeds and expanding from one iCOMPEL unit to three so the hall can run three sets of sponsorship ads concurrently. The system runs “on autopilot” on weekends, is managed easily by the association’s graphic designer after brief training, and delivered measurable benefits: major time savings vs. cardboard signs, a modernized visual experience, and a new revenue stream from local sponsorship ads.
