A Multinational Food Company partnered with BL.INK to solve a global governance challenge: thousands of employees across 180+ countries were using dozens of uncoordinated tools to create short links and QR codes for packaging, emails, and social media. The lack of a standardized link management system made links inconsistent, hard to audit, and difficult to update when staff changed roles or left the company.

BL.INK implemented a centralized platform for short link creation, QR code creation, and link management/analytics, including a custom “Market Domains” feature that gave local teams autonomy while corporate retained control. The result was a more standardized, flexible, and cost-effective system that improved audits, user oversight, onboarding, collaboration, and governance across the company’s global brand portfolio.
