Davidsen, a major Danish DIY retail chain, faced increasing complexity as it grew, with its 22 stores and three distinct online shops struggling to interoperate. They needed a unified system to create seamless customer journeys and turned to the vendor Bizzkit for a solution.
Bizzkit implemented a complete omnichannel platform, integrating PIM and DAM services to manage three separate online shops for different customer segments. The solution enabled order-from-store and click-and-collect services, seamlessly connecting physical and online sales. This resulted in a 127% increase in online sales within two years, with 25% of all online orders being collected in-store, driving additional foot traffic and revenue. The Bizzkit platform also provided a scalable, future-proof foundation for the business.
