Davidsen, a major Danish DIY retail chain, faced increasing complexity as it grew, with its 22 stores and three distinct online shops struggling to interoperate. They needed a unified system to create seamless customer journeys and turned to the vendor Bizzkit for a solution.

The solution enabled order-from-store and click-and-collect services, seamlessly connecting physical and online sales.
