BabySam, the largest retailer in the Danish market for baby and children's equipment, partnered with Bizzkit to strengthen its online presence, become more data-driven, and develop a true omnichannel experience for its customers. By implementing Bizzkit's scalable platform, BabySam was able to successfully integrate its online and physical stores. The solution was crucial for omnichannel features like a highly effective Click & Collect service, which now drives 14% of in-store revenue. The results were significant, including a 44% increase in conversion rates and a 33% rise in organic traffic in the first year. Bizzkit helped triple the conversion rate since 2017 and enabled the acquisition of a competitor, solidifying BabySam's market leadership.
