Loomis, a large cash distribution network with BizTalk Server environments supporting multiple applications, faced a lack of visibility into the message queue and too much dependence on the development team for day-to-day support. The company was using the BizTalk Admin Console and needed a more integrated way to let support staff research messages on their own, using BizTalk360.

BizTalk360 implemented a BizTalk Server monitoring and management solution with Message Box Viewer/BizTalk Health Monitor integration, giving Loomis direct access to environment reports and message details from within the platform. As a result, the support team could review messages throughout the day without involving developers, reducing development team workload and improving operational visibility; Loomis said BizTalk360 greatly improved daily support routines and better enabled self-service troubleshooting.
