KAS Bank, a European specialist in wholesale securities services with offices in Amsterdam, London and Frankfurt and around 700 employees, needed to meet national banking legislation that prevented users from accessing the BizTalk Admin Console in production. Their complex environment — five BizTalk servers and roughly 100 applications — made it difficult to locate files and configuration details, and required a solution for restricted, fine‑grained user access.

In July 2012 KAS Bank deployed BizTalk360 to manage Production and UAT, leveraging features like Search Artifacts, User Access Policy, Monitoring, Advanced Event Viewer and the Business Rules Engine. The platform provided role‑based view-only access (blocking critical operations), a daily-use search that quickly finds ports/files, and self‑service visibility for developers—saving time, reducing admin requests, improving operations, and benefiting from smooth upgrades and responsive vendor support.
