Dentsu International, a global media and digital marketing firm, faced a complex BizTalk Server environment that required heavy manual intervention, with frequent production issues going undetected and little monitoring capability. Before BizTalk360, the team relied on manual checks and BizTalk Health Monitor across multiple environments, SQL and BizTalk nodes, and more than 300 send/receive locations.

BizTalk360 implemented robust monitoring, alerting, dashboards, reporting, and automated error handling for Dentsu International’s BizTalk environment. The result was a major reduction in support effort, cutting monthly tasks from 80–100 to about 20, while also lowering issue severity and improving troubleshooting speed and operational efficiency.
