CITO needed better visibility and control over its BizTalk Server environment, including the ability to view message flows, monitor servers, and track BizTalk flows developed across five servers in development, acceptance, and production. After previously using Techadmin – BizTalk Admin, CITO chose BizTalk360 based on a partner recommendation to address the daily frustrations of BizTalk Server management.

BizTalk360 implemented a solution that made it easier for CITO to monitor the BizTalk Server environment, view message flows, and automatically monitor errors and restart flows when issues were resolved. As a result, CITO reported that BizTalk360 was very intuitive and helped overcome its earlier challenges, adding value to day-to-day operations and improving administration console visibility across its BizTalk flows.
