Agder Energi, a major Norwegian power producer, needed a better way to monitor and manage a highly complex BizTalk Server environment handling around 200,000 transactions per day. Their existing SCOM setup was geared more toward infrastructure than application-level monitoring, and the team was burdened by too much manual intervention, limited automation, and weak notification capabilities.

BizTalk360 was implemented to provide application-level BizTalk monitoring, including Expected vs. Actual data monitoring, process monitoring, auto-healing, and instant alerts. With BizTalk360, Agder Energi reduced repetitive admin tasks, improved visibility into failures, and shifted from reactive to proactive monitoring, while also using its ESB Portal, BAM Portal, and Tracking Manager to streamline operations.
