FireFold, a provider of networking and home theater products and accessories, needed to maintain an edge over much larger competitors while improving its digital shopping experience. To better understand visitor behavior and buying friction, it worked with Bizrate Insights and used the Online Buyer Survey and Site Abandonment Survey.

Bizrate Insights helped FireFold collect real-time voice of customer feedback and turn those insights into website improvements that made purchasing easier. As a result, FireFold saw a 4% decrease in cart abandonment, a 15% increase in overall satisfaction, and a 19% increase in monthly sales.
