CDA Systems, founded in 2009, needed to replace a cumbersome mix of ESC and QuickBooks to streamline reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and other core business practices. In 2016 CFO Richard Yue engaged BiznusSoft to deliver a single application solution, selecting BiznusSoft Field Service to consolidate workflows and reduce reliance on multiple systems.

BiznusSoft implemented BiznusSoft Field Service with a one‑way integration into QuickBooks so transactions are managed in Field Service while invoicing and A/R flow into QuickBooks. BiznusSoft customized features, supported a phased data migration, and delivered a smoother quoting system plus a centralized database that consolidates data previously spread across applications—streamlining operations and enabling CDA Systems to expand CRM capabilities.
