Together Credit Union Transforms Its Leaders with a People-First Mindset Training Program

Together Credit Union wanted to build a formal leadership development program that would help transform its culture and prepare employees for people-management roles. Working with BizLibrary, the credit union focused on creating a people-first mindset program centered on vulnerability, inclusivity, and clarity, while also earning leadership buy-in for a more qualitative approach to leadership development.

BizLibrary supported the program with blended learning that included off-the-shelf content, playlists, workshops, book clubs, live leadership summits, and toolkits. The initiative has shifted the culture positively, with 60 to 90 learners participating each year, stronger leader support and autonomy across teams, and talent reviews now measuring leaders against core competencies tied to business outcomes.
