Teel Plastics, a Wisconsin-based plastics manufacturer founded in 1951, needed to modernize training and compliance across a growing, safety‑regulated operation. Paper-based ISO-9000 processes, manual tracking of certifications (forklift, OSHA, etc.), inconsistent onboarding, and difficulty scaling training with business growth were creating inefficiencies and audit headaches.

Teel implemented the BizLibrary LMS and content collection, using on-demand courses, custom uploads, automated notifications and recertification reminders to replace paper signoffs and streamline training. The change produced faster onboarding, easy access to audit-ready training records, shorter effective training, and process improvements that saved the company significant costs — and helped Teel earn ISO-13485 certification to expand into medical device manufacturing.
