Quala Creates a New Life Skills Program for Employees

Quala, with support from BizLibrary, needed a comprehensive learning solution to help employees grow beyond core job skills and address everyday life challenges. They were looking for an easy-to-use platform with customizable content, strong support, and a broad library to build programs around financial literacy, personal development, and career growth.

BizLibrary provided BizLMS and microcontent that Quala used to launch LifeTrax, a 12-week “second chances” program covering financial training, personal finance, retirement planning, mental health, emotional intelligence, relationship building, and goal planning. The program has already produced two graduating cohorts totaling 20 employees, with strong engagement, waitlists for future cohorts, and graduates often asking to become mentors—clear signs of impact and success.
