Pyramid Global Hospitality Creates a Ripple Effect with DEIB Program

Pyramid Global Hospitality (PGH) needed a formal DEIB training program to help unify culture after a merger and support more than 14,000 associates. Working with BizLibrary and its BizLMS content library, PGH looked for inclusive training focused on “Inclusion” and found the course *The Inclusive Mindset* from Expert Insight Series presenter Justin Jones-Fosu.

BizLibrary helped PGH implement a top-down rollout, automate assignments, simplify access with single sign-on and HRIS integration, and provide Spanish translations for non-native English speakers. The program delivered strong results: 80% of associates completed training against an 80% goal, 11,360 of 14,179 associates participated, and 83% of properties met the 80% completion target; PGH also made the course part of onboarding for all new hires.
