PGC is a Minnesota-based manufacturer of precision components for industries including defense, medical, electronics and construction. As a small company with limited training resources, PGC faced skill gaps and needed a consistent, competitive approach to employee development. Engagement tactics like a training committee and employee spotlight videos drove adoption; today PGC averages 15% weekly logins and 70% monthly usage, has addressed on-the-job issues with targeted content, reduced HR workload, and turned training into a tangible hiring and retention advantage.
