Milo’s Tea Company Introduces Leadership Program to Fuel Growth

Milo’s Tea Company, the number one refrigerated tea company in the United States, wanted to strengthen leadership development for employees with direct reports to support its people-first culture and scale growth. To do this, Milo’s partnered with BizLibrary and used BizLibrary content to create a formalized leadership program called Leaders as Coaches.

BizLibrary helped Milo’s design a blended, microlearning-based program with curriculum blocks, peer Coaching Circles, and the GROW model for accountability and action. The results included 120 participating leaders, 60 Coaching Circles completed over 72 hours, and 415 “Way Forward” commitments; survey feedback was also strong, with 97% of leaders reporting a positive experience and 96% saying the program advanced their professional growth.
