MFA Incorporated, a farmer-owned agricultural cooperative serving the Midwest with 1,700 employees across Missouri, southern Iowa, eastern Kansas and northern Arkansas, needed to build a training program from the ground up to address a dispersed workforce, compliance requirements and a slow-to-change culture.
