Martin Engineering Drives Learning with New Leadership Program

Martin Engineering wanted to boost employee learning and create stronger leadership development opportunities, especially for new supervisors who were stepping into management with little training or mentoring. Working with BizLibrary and its BizLMS, the company also needed to improve succession planning as more experienced employees approached retirement.

BizLibrary helped Martin Engineering launch an Emerging Leaders program with monthly on-demand courses and facilitated group discussions on empathy, delegation, conflict, interviewing, and motivating others. The program improved participants’ confidence and connection across teams, and by October 2023 Martin Engineering had logged a little over 2,000 learning hours and was tracking toward a 30% increase over the previous year.
