Case Study: RK Stratman achieves culture change and productivity gains with BizLibrary

A BizLibrary Case Study

Preview of the RK Stratman Case Study

Improving Performance Across All Levels

RK Stratman, a family‑owned apparel manufacturer and one of the original Harley‑Davidson t‑shirt licensees, employs over 220 people and produces millions of shirts annually. To remain competitive and grow beyond Harley‑Davidson, the company needed to improve internal processes, expand operations, increase its customer base and upskill staff — many of whom had little to no computer experience.

BizLibrary provided a user‑friendly LMS and thousands of on‑demand video courses (safety, communication, compliance and basic computer skills), enabling employees to learn anytime on any device. The program produced development plans, a measurable culture shift toward continuous learning, new employee responsibilities, higher productivity, improved manufacturing processes that supported international growth, a gainsharing program and increased customer satisfaction and profitability.
