Elkhart Plastics (EPI) is one of the largest custom rotational molding companies in the U.S., with six locations serving more than 30 industries. EPI relied on traveling internal and external trainers and had no formal new-manager program, leaving many internally promoted leaders without consistent training and creating a need for an accessible, plant-wide solution.

EPI selected BizLibrary’s microlearning collection to deliver on-demand, consistent training across all sites. The library made leadership and core skills—communication, decision making, emotional intelligence, change management—easy to access, encouraged self-directed learning (even prompting one employee to design his own training plan), and helped embed company values into leadership development, becoming a valued asset to the company.
