A BizLibrary Case Study
DFC Company wanted to launch learning and development programs to upskill and reskill employees, support internal promotions, and create a formal leadership path for new managers. Working with BizLibrary, the company introduced BizLMS and BizSkills to make training more accessible and relevant for a workforce that includes seasonal field employees with limited computer access.
BizLibrary helped DFC Company implement monthly assigned training, role-based learning paths, leadership development, and elective learning through its content library, while also using mobile access and custom course uploads for field staff. The launch drove strong early results: within the first month, DFC Company recorded 708 course launches, 128 unique users out of 400, and 208 unique titles launched.
