Central Community College Introduces Touchdown-Worthy Coaching Program

Central Community College wanted to modernize its performance review process because annual reviews were delayed, feedback was too infrequent, and self-evaluations were often repeated without real reflection. Working with BizLibrary and its BizLMS platform, the college set out to build a more continuous coaching culture for both employees and supervisors.

BizLibrary helped Central Community College launch two structured learning initiatives in BizLMS, supported by BizLibrary’s concierge team, with tailored content for employees and supervisors plus informational sessions in live, virtual, and on-demand formats. Since launch, 126 of 340 staff and 80 of 113 supervisors completed training, while many went beyond the required lessons; the program also drove 536 additional course launches and 88 learners explored elective content, showing stronger engagement with ongoing development.
