The Rolling Donut is an Irish family-owned bakery founded in 1978, now operating six stores and a central bakery in Dublin with over 50 staff. Growth exposed operational pain points: rostering was done with Excel, pen-and-paper and WhatsApp, clocking was handled via the POS (unable to track breaks) and managers had to manually reconcile timesheets for payroll, which was slow and error-prone.

To fix this they rolled out Bizimply across stores, giving staff mobile access to shifts and a proper clock-in/out system that records breaks. Payroll import became much faster and more accurate, while sales and KPI reporting (sales per hour, labour % etc.) gave managers clear visibility into performance and labour costs. The result: simpler scheduling, reduced admin, better store insights, and a solution managers now rely on daily.
