Scrumdiddly's Irish Ice Cream, founded in Donabate in 2012, has grown into a popular chain with nine locations, nearly 100 employees and over 140,000 litres of ice cream served annually. Rapid expansion and seasonal pop-ups made managing rotas with Excel spreadsheets increasingly time‑consuming and error‑prone: managers lacked a formal leave process, struggled to get accurate hours from staff, and faced delays and extra cost in preparing payroll.

Scrumdiddly's implemented Bizimply’s Timestation (iPad) and GPS-enabled mobile clock‑in, which automatically sends precise timecards to payroll and lets managers create weekly schedules with real‑time labour cost visibility and overstaffing alerts.
